CNC abrasive water jet cutting.
With the MAXIEM 1530 (1575mm by 3100mm bed) abrasive water jet cutter we can provide complex and accurate cutting from almost any material – aluminium, stainless steel, hardened tool steel, titanium, composites, glass, tile, stone and much more. The state of the art technology cuts smooth, precise edges in any two-dimensional shape from DXF files, CAD files or scanned images.
Folding.
Steel E.D. and Patton use a 4.1mtr 125 ton brake press to allow accurate and efficient folding from a variety of different materials. The automatic table crowning means we can ensure an even fold along the entire length, which combined with the quick change tooling makes this machine very efficient. Capable of working to very tight tolerances, this machine ensures quality is guaranteed.
Specialist sheet metal fabrication.
